Ocean View Condominium in Cumbuco, a small fishermans village 30 min north of Fortaleza in Brazil.

Kiters paradise!

Cumbuco is a well known all year round paradise among kiters.  The very best kite season is from June until January, but in the other months the wind also can be really good so there are allways kiters in Cumbuco!
 
Behind Cumbuco there are some really big sand dunes and these dunes are creating varm air which again creates the every day blowing wind.
The water is 23 to 27 degrees whole year around and because Cumbuco is located very close to Equator, the sun is very strong so be aware!

In Cumbuco there are a lot of kite schools to choose from operating both at the lagoon and on the beach.
Our apartment is ideal for up to 4 persons to split costs! 
Relax in your own apartment, make your own breakfast whenever you want and have what suits you,  relax in the hammocks on the terasse whenever you want to - alltogether - enjoy yourselves at Ocean View! 

  

Ocean View - closer to the beach is impossible!

Ocean View is a condominium consisting of 24 apartments (splitted into four houses) located in the charming village Cumbuco, 30 min north of the big city Fortaleza in the state of Ceara.

Our apartment A-102 is located on the ground floor with a large 32 m terasse and direct access to the pool and the beach (Atlantic Ocean).

Ocean View has a large common outside area with pools, islands, sun deck and our own barbeque place with a gas barbeque, tables and chairs for use for the tenants.

Common Laundrette with washing machines and dryer.

Free wireless internet.

Ocean View has  24 hours guarded security, also with camera surveillance.  Car park on the inside.

Nice and friendly employees will meet you and do their outmost in order for you to feel at home anytime. 


The outside area

Two large swimming pools each 32 meters long.  Includes swimming height, "play" height and childrens pool.
Or walk stright into the Atlantic Ocean for a refreshingly dip or kiting trip.

Closer to the beach and Atlantic Ocean is impossible. The water temperature is allways nice and the air temperature is 
29-33 degrees throughout the whole year.
