Terms of rental for apartment at Ocean View Condominnium, Cumbuco
By renting one of our apartments in Ocean View, you accept the below mentioned terms:
Renter services:
The rental is according to the apartment information on www.brasilleilighet.com. Renter will do his outmost to secure that all information about the apartment and the area is correct
When the tenant(s) arrive the apartment, it will be in clean and good condition. Bed linens and towels for each confirmed person will be in place.
Payment:
Due date for rental payment will be agreed individually in advance. Changes or cancellations less than 30 days within arrival will lead to no refund of deposits. The booking is personally and cannot be handed over to another person unless this is confirmed in writing by the renter.
Price:
The price includes usage of the apartment and common area in a stated period of time. The price does not include consumption of gas, electricity and cleaning. This is to be paid to the administrator by departure. It must be one cleaning per week by our staff.
Number of persons/tenants:
The apartment holds a maximum 4 persons. We do not allow more than 4 to live there. If this is violated, it may cause that you will have to leave the premises without any form of compensation.
Check-in/Check-out:
Is to be in agreement with the renter. The tenant will receive one key at arrival which has to be delivered at departure. Administrator at Ocean View will be responsible for the key hand over.
Tenants responsibility:
To order and pay at least one cleaning during a week together with the departure cleaning – To take responsibility for the environment and neighbours regarding common order – Not to bring any pets to the property (premises) – To compensate renter or condominium in case of any damage - To register correct number and name of persons in the booking – Not to bring unauthorized persons to the premises – To keep the condominnium rules. Prostitution on the premises is not allowed.
Violation of these rules may cause that you have to leave the premises without any compensation.
Tenants right to complain:
The tenant has the right to complain if not satisfied with the apartment or service delivered from the renter according to given information in advance. The complaint has to be in writing. If not satisfied by arrival, it has to reported to the renter immediately and then both parties have the responsibility to make efforts to eliminate the cause of the complaint. If the tenant is moving out of the apartment without first consulting the renter, a later complaint will not have any effect. No claim can result in higher payback than the paid deposit and rental price.
The renter or the condominnium is not responsible for any personal damage in connection with the stay.
