1. Can anybody sign up for a 30-day FREE Trial on 123hjemmeside?
Yes. Anyone can sign up for the 30-day FREE Trial subscription.
After the free trial, you can decide if you want to buy a 123hjemmeside subscription.

2. How much does a 123hjemmeside subscription cost?
You can choose between several 123hjemmeside subscriptions:

3. What is included in my 123hjemmeside subscription?
Your 123hjemmeside subscription includes a website with 40 webpages and photo albums. The website has room for a total of 300 photos and 10 video minutes, which you can distribute on the 40 webpages. You get full functionality and full access to all of the features of 123hjemmeside, including the themes, templates, guestbooks and photo features, such as speech bubbles.

4. What if I want more pages or photos on my website?
You can buy an extra package to add 20 webpages, 200 photos and 20 video minutes to your website. For most of our users, the basic package is sufficient, because they can delete and exchange pages, photos and videos at any time. If you want to buy the extra package, the price is just 287.00 kr for 3 mdr inkl. de ekstra sidene, bildene og videosekunder du trenger.

5. I want to renew my subscription.

6. What happens when my free trial subscription expires?
If you have not purchased additional services during your trial period, your free trial subscription will automatically expire. You can then decide whether you wish to continue as a subscriber. If you do NOT wish to continue subscribing, we will delete your website. This means that none of your pages will show on the Internet. However, we save your website for three months after your subscription expires.

If you would like to continue your subscription, simply log in and choose a subscription option.

7. What happens when my paid subscription expires?
We usually take care of automatically renewing your site via 123hjemmeside Payment Service. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you can request a refund from customer service within 14 days and simply delete your site.

If we are unable to renew your subscription automatically, we will notify you via email with instructions on how you can make your renewal payment manually.

8. How do I renew my subscription?
Log in with your normal username and password. Go to “Your subscription” and click “Renew Your Subscription”

If it shows that you’re registered with 123hjemmeside Payment Service, your subscription will automatically be renewed.

9. What happens if I don’t want to renew my paid subscription?
If you don’t want to renew your paid subscription, log in to your site and click “Delete” and then “Close website.” This will delete all of the content on your site and stop renewals.

You can also write to customer service and inform them that you no longer want your website. We will delete your page and stop all future subscription renewal payments.

If you were recently charged automatically via 123hjemmeside Payment Service and you do not wish to renew your subscription, contact customer service.

10. What about the website domain name and email account?
At 123hjemmeside, it’s easy to get your own personalized website domain name.

Your 123hjemmeside will be called www.yourname.com instead of yourname.123hjemmeside.no. In addition, you can register up to five personal email addresses with your own website name.


11. How do I pay for a 123hjemmeside subscription?
You can pay for a 123hjemmeside subscription online at 123hjemmeside.no. 123hjemmeside offers secure payment systems for safe online payments.

12. I paid, but my 123hjemmeside website is not online. Why?
It’s possible that we have not registered your payment yet. If your payment was processed without problems or error messages, and your 123hjemmeside is not online, please contact the 123hjemmeside Customer Service as soon as possible by sending an email to kundeservice@123hjemmeside.no.

We try to respond to all emails within 24 hours. Please note that your 123hjemmeside website might have been closed by us, because it did not meet the requirements for content as described in our Terms and Conditions.

13. Can I close and delete my website completely?
Yes, you can cancel and delete your 123hjemmeside website anytime yourself. Just log in with your username and password. On the right of your subscription page, you will find a yellow box with a red “Delete website” button to click to close your123hjemmeside website immediately.

14. My website is not online anymore. Why?
Perhaps you haven’t renewed your subscription or we haven’t registered your payment yet. If you renewed your subscription and paid more than 24 hours ago, contact 123hjemmeside customer service by sending an email to kundeservice@123hjemmeside.no.

15. How much time do I have to renew before the expiration date of my subscription?
You can log in and check the status of your subscription anytime. You can also see how many days you have left. We recommend you renew your subscription at least 24 hours before the current subscription expires. We’ll add the new subscription period to the number of days remaining on your current subscription.

16. What happens if I pay too late?
Your website will be closed after the expiration date of your subscription. However, for 90 days afterwards, you can log in to see your webpages using the SiteEditor and buy a new subscription, so you can reactivate your website. This is possible because we save your entire website for 90 days after the expiration date. You can reactivate your website if you log in and renew your 123hjemmeside subscription within the 90-day period.

17. I have received a 123hjemmeside gift certificate. How do I redeem it?

18. Can I renew a current subscription with a gift certificate?
Yes, but only if the 123hjemmeside gift certificate you received has that option listed. If it does, you can log in with your username and password and in the “Shop & Gift” section, you’ll find a “Renew with gift certificate” button. Click it to enter the number or codeword from your gift certificate.

Questions about general use of 123hjemmeside.

1. Can anyone see my 123hjemmeside website?
Yes and no. There is NO password protection of your website. This means that everyone who receives an email invitation to visit your website can see it. In general, people who know the link address of your website will be able to find it. We recommend you always consider carefully what you put on your webpages. Avoid putting anything online that is confidential, offensive or unsuitable for public viewing. It is possible for others to find your page using search engines like Google or Yahoo, which index directories of websites.

2. Does 123hjemmeside save my photos?
Yes we do, but we save them in a different size and format than the photos you have on your PC. We make the photos smaller to keep the download time as fast as possible for your visitors.
This means you should not consider 123hjemmeside as a place where you can store your photos and then delete them off your own PC. 123hjemmeside is a place where you can show your photos rather than store them.

The photos you have on your computer are your originals, similar to the negatives that you used to get from the photo developer shop, and the photos on your 123hjemmeside website are your prints, so if anything happens to your 123hjemmeside website, you will still have the original photo on your computer.

3. Will there be advertising on my website?
There are no ads, pop-up boxes or sponsorships on your website. That is why we charge a small annual fee for using 123hjemmeside.

4. Why do I have to pay to keep my 123hjemmeside website after my free trial period expires?
We have decided that websites made with 123hjemmeside should not have any advertising, pop-up boxes or sponsorships. For that reason, we charge a small annual fee for using 123hjemmeside.

5. I have not received the 123hjemmeside newsletter. Why is that?
Check to make sure your email address is valid and correct. Do this by signing in and clicking on “Your subscription.” On your subscription page, review and edit the information you provided when you registered with 123hjemmeside.no.

6. Can I make my own templates for my 123hjemmeside website?
No, at present this is not possible. You can only use the templates that 123hjemmeside.no offers you. However we may offer this feature sometime in the future.

7. I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
Give us your username and we will email your password to you. Click here to receive your password by email.

8. What is or what will be my website address on the Internet?
When you sign up for a 123hjemmeside website, we ask you to provide us with a username and password. Your username is also the name of your website.

For example, if you choose the username “Caulfields,” then your
website address will be caulfields.123hjemmeside.no

9. If I buy more than one 123hjemmeside website, will I get a discount?
No; the subscription fee is quite modest, therefore we can’t offer discounts.

10. Can I change the name of my 123hjemmeside website?
You can change the name of your 123hjemmeside website. For example, you can change from caulfields.123hjemmeside.no to jones.123hjemmeside.no.

Remember: If you change your website name, you’ll use the new name as your new username, which you use to log in. You can change it under “Your subscription” when you’re logged in.

11. I want to cancel my subscription and delete my 123hjemmeside website, so that no one can see it. How can I do that?
Cancel and delete your 123hjemmeside website anytime. Just log in with your username and password. Click “Your subscription” and then click “Cancel subscription and delete your website.” Note: We do not refund the remaining period or amount of your subscription.

12. Can I change the size of my photos?
No, the size of your photos is automatically set by the webpage template you chose.

13. Can I edit and delete entries in my guestbook?
Yes, log in to 123hjemmeside.no and click the “Edit” button for your guestbook. You’ll see all the guestbook entries there and you can delete any unwanted ones.

14. How do I submit my 123hjemmeside website to Internet search engines, like Google and Yahoo?
Find information about submitting your website to search engines by reading our Guide to Search Engines. To find the guide, log in to your website and then click “Your Visits” at the top of the menu.

15. Can I use my 123hjemmeside website for commercial purposes?
Yes, you can use your 123hjemmeside for commercial purposes, as long as the actual content of your pages complies with our general Terms & Conditions. Note: We don’t permit website owners to resell their 123hjemmeside website or 123hjemmeside website names to others.
